Steven made his name as a software entrepreneur specialised in SaaS: software customers use through a subscription. He has two exits behind him and knows what it takes to build, grow and hand over a software company.

As co-founder of WerkbonApp, later OutSmart, he helped solve a familiar problem: piles of paper work orders and scattered admin. What started as a practical app grew into an international software company for planning and administering field service work. In 2022 OutSmart was acquired by Visma.

Good software takes the maths off your hands and makes the outcome understandable. So you work faster and see what the numbers are based on.

Ruben is a property entrepreneur through and through and owner of RVM Vastgoedbeheer. His work is about managing property, insight into income and costs, and guidance on buying and selling.

That is about more than the purchase price and an attractive gross yield. Financing, maintenance, letting and day-to-day operations also decide how an investment turns out. That interplay is exactly why hands-on experience matters.
